Cancellations
Must be requested immediately after placing the order.
Damaged / Wrong Items
Report within 7 days of receipt.

SAMVEDNA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. The terms below govern all cancellation and refund requests related to our services.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and they have initiated the shipping process.
2. Perishable Items
We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
However, a refund or replacement may be arranged if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the defect at their end.
This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for consideration.
4. Product Not as Shown
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team.
This must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
5. Warranty Products
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. We are unable to process such claims on their behalf.
6. Refund Timeline
In case of any refunds approved by SAMVEDNA EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, the amount will be processed to the customer within:
